There should be no impurities such as soil in the fine sand and stones that affect the strength of concrete
Excavate the pit along the road in strict accordance with the size of the solar street light foundation drawing (the construction size is determined by the construction personnel)
After the excavation of the pit is completed, set it aside for 1 to 2 days to check whether there is groundwater seepage. If there is groundwater seepage, immediately stop construction
5× 80 drainage holes must be added to the bottom of the tank for storage battery tanks in the foundation or according to the requirements of the drawings
Ensure that the upper surface of the floor cage buried in the foundation is level (use a level for measurement and detection), and the anchor bolts in the floor cage must be perpendicular to the upper surface of the foundation (use an Angle square for measurement and detection)
Before construction, both ends of the threading pipe must be blocked to avoid foreign matter entering or blocking during or after construction, resulting in difficult or impossible threading during installation. The soil around the foundation must be compacted; After the solar street light foundation is completed, it needs to be maintained for 2 to 7 days (according to weather conditions)
The installation of solar street lights can be carried out only after the foundation experience is qualified.
