1. Familiarize oneself with drawings, clarify requirements, and prepare materials and tools.
2. Check if the mechanical components are in good condition. For example, whether the connecting bolts of each component are firmly connected, whether the bearings are lubricated, etc. Worn parts should be replaced in a timely manner.
3. Check if the grounding system of the motor is secure, and if there is severe rust, rust removal treatment should be carried out.

4. Check the worm gear reducer, safety coupling, and clutch. Remove oil stains and add gear oil. Check the wear of the worm gear and worm gear, and replace it when the gear is thinning or has grooves. The safety coupling should not be easily loosened or adjusted.
5. Carefully inspect the locking buckle of the steel wire rope to ensure that there are no defects such as broken ends or loose sleeves. The steel wire rope itself should not have any signs of bias, loose strands, broken wires, hard injuries, dents, rust, or obvious wear. Special attention should be paid to the rope splitter and the clamps of the steel wire rope. In order to prevent rust on the steel wire rope and reduce wear between the steel wire ropes and between the steel wire rope and the drum and pulley, a hard bristled brush can be used to apply rust proof grease to the steel wire rope.
